Shipping policy

Cask & Crystal ships to addresses in the United States. We work with fulfillment partners in the US and overseas, so delivery times depend on where your item ships from. We always show the expected delivery window on the product page before you buy.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM ET on a Friday or on a weekend are processed the next business day.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and holiday peaks can add a few days. During the holiday season (Nov 20 – Dec 31), please allow up to 3 extra business days.
Holiday cut-off
To receive an order by December 24, we recommend ordering by December 8 for most items. Each product page shows its own estimated arrival dates.
Shipping cost
- Free standard shipping on US orders of $35 or more.
- Orders under $35 ship for a flat $4.95.
Multiple packages
Items in one order may ship separately from different partners. You only pay shipping once, and you get a tracking link for each package.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show movement.
Lost, late or damaged packages
- If your order hasn't arrived 20 business days after you ordered, contact us and we'll reship or refund it.
- If an item arrives damaged or broken, email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund.
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address you provided, but we'll always do our best to help.
Customs
We currently ship only within the United States, so no customs duties apply.
