1. Overview
This website is operated by Cask & Crystal ("Cask & Crystal", "we", "us"). By visiting the Site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refund Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. Our products are barware and serving accessories. We do not sell alcohol.
3. Products and pricing
- We try to show product colors, sizes and details accurately. Your screen may display colors slightly differently, and handmade or glass items can vary a little.
- Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout.
- We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or contain pricing errors. If we cancel a paid order, we refund you in full.
4. Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship the item. Payments are processed by PayPal and the other payment providers shown at checkout. You confirm that you're authorized to use the payment method you provide.
5. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping times, costs and delivery windows are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy. Some products are fulfilled by third-party partners and may arrive in separate packages.
6. Product use
Use products only as intended. Glassware is fragile. Follow the care instructions on each product page. Novelty items (such as the drink dispenser) are serving containers, not safety equipment.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos and images, belongs to Cask & Crystal or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.
8. User content
If you send us reviews, photos or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display and share it in connection with our business. You confirm you own it and that it isn't unlawful.
9. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to third-party sites or use third-party services (payments, shipping carriers, apps). We are not responsible for their content or practices.
10. Disclaimer
The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Cask & Crystal is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Cask & Crystal against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not take away consumer protections you have under the laws of the US state where you live.

We may update these Terms. Changes take effect when posted. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version.
